I think mike from slobber put this out. I have no idea if it ever came with a cover or was just distributed in paper sleeves. This particular copy sat under he seat of my friends van for a good 3 months before i rescued it. It pops and crackles like a motherfucker and kinda adds to the records. I know mike from slobber is on this, as well as mike from my old band, also long time KZSU dj Smurph does one of the tracks. To tell which one is which I'd be lost, but it adds to the mystery of the record kinda like the van scum adds to the noiseyness.
