Black Monk Time

The monks we're a band of American ex-military ex-pat's living in Germany during the Vietnam war. They were so wacked out on speed and booze that their music resembles psychedelic rock from them same era. "Black Monk Time" is actually the first white boy rock'n'roll record the be comprised of all original songs and probably one of the only records to use an electric banjo. All the band members would keep their heads shaved in the middle to resemble monks.
